I'm Helen, a Cambridge wedding photographer that is passionate about weddings and all things wedding related! I love hearing about a couples plans and ideas for their big day, getting to know each and every person, they're visions, hopes and fears so that together we create the perfect story of your special day.
I understand the importance of your wedding day, especially since your wedding is not a photo shoot. It is one the most significant occasions you will have in your lifetime . A day that took so much planning and yet passes so quickly needs to be recorded carefully, from the important key moments to the tiny details, by someone who gets you and your uniqueness as a couple and will go the extra mile ensuring that the focus of your wedding day is you!
For most of your wedding day, I will blend seamlessly into the background, shooting in a documentary style, so I can capture all the moments of joy during your wedding celebrations – even the bits you missed. All while you have the time of your lives.
Making time for some group photographs is a must for most couples but rest assured with a little pre planning this is achieved with minimal fuss and time so that you are not kept from your wedding guests for long at all.
When the flurry and excitement of your wedding is over, it's the beautifully captured images that help you revisit the romance, emotion and spirit of a day that you put your heart and soul into planning and bringing together.

AAEngagement sessions
Engagement sessions add so much to the story of who you are as a couple right now, and they’re an ideal way for us to get to know each other a little better, helping you become more comfortable in front of my lens before your wedding day.
Your engagement session can be as simple as a stroll through your favourite park, or even a romantic return to where the proposal took place. — anything you can imagine to share the imagery of your personal love story.
Formal or informal, images from your engagement session are beautiful additions to your wedding album, and also make a wonderful signing book. They help to craft the whole story, and can even be used for save-the-date cards, invitations or thank you cards.

This is the first time we meet, it gives us the chance to discuss your day, your ideas and your preferred styles or if your not sure what you would like we can explore your options.
One of the most important things for the day is that we get on well and you feel comfortable with me so that you can relax and enjoy the day whilst having your photographs taken. So this meeting helps to make sure I am the right person to share your day with you.
We will be able to go through a full wedding on the laptop, this will give you a better idea of the quality and style you can expect from me and I will have albums and products should you be interested in seeing these.
Your wedding photography deposit is £100, this secures your date.
Your deposit is transferable should you need to change the date of your wedding (providing I am available) but non refundable.
Your wedding must be paid in full one month before the day.
I always try to turn around your photographs as quickly as possible, I know how keen you are to see them and can post a few sneak peaks on facebook within 2 days.
It will be no longer than 4-6 weeks to have your edited images ready but is often sooner than this.
